We are eager to release our newest coffee, Ethiopia Chelelektu. This delicate, juicy coffee comes to us from the Chelelektu Washing Station, in the Kochere wordera, located in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and People’s region of Ethiopia. Its grown at roughly 2000 meters above sea level by regional farmers before being collected, sorted, and processed as a Washed-Process coffee. The resulting cup is dainty, sparkling, and a lovely floral expression of Ethiopian coffee.  
 
In the cup you’ll find floral Earl Grey tea, bergamot, and lemon-lime flavors. The acidity is lime-like, with a subtle nod towards watermelon and sweet lemon. Jasmine, tea leaves, and hibiscus flowers run rampant in the nose while the body sings with light chocolates and a delicate sweetness. All in all Chelelektu is a dainty, delightful spring coffee.
