When you walk through our cafe doors the smell of freshly brewed coffee greets you along with our wonderful staff! We serve premium specialty coffee beverages and expertly crafted breakfast and lunch options. Our cafe is designed for positive customer and staff interactions! We began as a wholesale coffee roaster, with a bar for showcasing our roasts, and a little office in an upstairs loft. Shortly after opening in 2013, we quickly realized that customers were interested in more than wholesale roasting, they wanted us to prepare our expertly crafted coffees in a cafe setting. Our cafe grew over several years into what it is today - a bustling, vibrant gathering place for people from all over (even Alton Brown has to stop by). We're so encouraged by the growth of the past five years, and are excited for our next chapter with new locations, a bakery, and the addition of delicious food and cocktails! This may seem like a lot, but our customers ask, and we deliver.


Our Roots

Our cafe has become a cultural hub in our community over the past few years, known for providing great experiences in both customer service and quality products. We are humbled by the fact that our amazing customers started out with us 5 years ago with minimal seating and a cafe not really set up for retail. Through suggestions and experiences we have grown our brand to what it is today. Throughout all these changes, our mission has always remained the same - to ensure each customer leaves Reverie happier than when they entered! More than anything, we hope to grow with, and influence the community through the work that we do. Without you, we wouldn't be where we are today.


When Reverie opened in 2013, we promised our guests the discovery of new experiences. Since then we have fulfilled this promise through the expansion of coffee offerings and food options. Beginning June 2018, Reverie endeavored into mixology. One might say, as we grew up, so did our tastes. It was the next logical offering we could dream up for our guests.

We hold true to simplicity and minimalism in our coffee menu as well as complimentary creative seasonal coffee concoctions pushing the limits for what coffee can be. The same diligence and craft we embedded into our coffee is now poured into well curated libations.

We strive to balance tradition with creativity. Jim Meehan, author of Meehan’s Bartender Manual, summarizes our philosophy by stating, "...perhaps most important, bartenders have an increased awareness of which methods should be unsentimentally left behind and which should be preserved, unaltered, for posterity," or, as he later writes, we "use history as our muse."
