24K Goat is darker than most of our roasts for people who would want it darker. ‘You Want It Darker’ is a good way to describe this Nicaraguan coffee, but not taking away from the great natural flavors of the coffee. We also strive to not roast too dark, which will add flavors of smoke or as we like to call roasty flavors.
